Shelia’ is a star!
From modeling to music to acting, Shelia’ is a triple-threat! When not working, she gives back with the non-profit organization ‘Mighty Me’.
We had the amazing honor of talking with Shelia’ about Millie Bobby Brown, upcoming music, and more!
What inspired you to become an actress?
S: “What inspired me to become an actress actually is my amazing Mom. She inspired me to become an actress because growing up, I used to go on set with her and see her perform. Watching her made me want to try acting for myself. Once I tried it, I couldn’t look back.”
Who would you love to model for next?
S: “I would really love to model for the Gucci brand. I love their clothing and accessories!! Really Hoping it happens for me in real life!”
What inspired you to work with Mighty Me?
S: “What inspired me to work with “Mighty Me” was my parents. They’re amazing caregivers, and are always giving back. So being raised by them I naturally followed in their footsteps. I’m always trying to do what I can to help people in my community and make the world a better place. When I found out what Mighty Me was, I couldn’t wait to help out, so that inspiration has always been there!”
Who is an actress or actor you’d like to work with in the future?
S: “I would like to work with Mille Bobby Brown. She is a great actor, my favorite right now.”
What was your experience like being on the set of If I Knew You Were Coming?
S: “Shooting “If I Knew You Were Coming” was really fun! Everyone was really nice, I got to play the daughter of actor Norman Towns. We had matching names in the film, Tony, and Toni. I made plenty of new friends and that made me feel really good! It was fun and I cannot wait to shoot another short film!!”
What was the story behind your single “No Cap That’s Fact?
S: “The story behind “NO CAP THAT’S FACT”is when I started the industry, The “No Cap ” joke started becoming popular. I didn’t know what it meant at first but I eventually found out later. When I was trying to think of a song to make I wanted something popular and trendy and I thought of no cap and added that’s fact and that’s how “NO CAP THAT’S FACT” became a song.”
Can we expect to see more music from you in the future?
S: “You guys can definitely expect some more new music coming from me soon so stay tuned!!”
