Tell us more about your role in the highly-anticipated film ‘The Private Eye’.

P: “Well, I play the very tall, highly melanated Chinese midget manager of a video store. I am not at liberty to tell you the rest because I’d have to kill you.”

What are you most excited for viewers to see in regards to ‘The Private Eye’?

P: “I’m excited for viewers to see the colors of my real singing voice. I’d show you, but I’d have to kill you.”

How is filming a full-length movie different from filming a TV show?

P: “Filming a full-length movie is the exactly the same as filming a TV show, only totally different.  I could expound upon that,  but I’d have to…well, you know.”

Everyone knows you from ‘Judge Judy’. Do you ever get tired of people mentioning it, or do you still have love for the show?

P: “I do get tired of people mentioning how they know me from Judge Judy…except when it’s followed by “Now, that we’re certain it’s you, here’s your residual check!” All seriousness aside,  my answer is “maybe”.”

Did you prefer working in New York as a bailiff or filming ‘Judge Judy’ and ‘Tribunal Justice’ as a bailiff?

P: “Yes. Next question.”

Are you planning on pursuing more acting projects in the future?

P: “Actually my plan is to retire from acting and pursue my life’s long passion…CHEESE MAKING! C’est du Fromage!”

Is there a type of character that you haven’t played yet but would love to?

P: “Oh indeed! I’d love to play a very tall, highly melanated Chinese midget manager of a video store ballet dancer. I’d tell you the plot, but yada, yada, yada…”

What has been your reaction to being a very recognizable TV star? Is there anything you want to say to your fans?

P: My usual reaction is “Oh s***! They’ve spotted me!” Which is generally followed by “No lady, I don’t know where the nearest dispensary is!” What I’d like to say to my fans is keep on the lookout for “Private Eye”, “The Proud Family: Louder and Prouder” (I’m the voice of Judge Byrd) and my role in the FX docudrama “The Sterling Affairs”. Oh, and by my cheese (When I start production) . Or I’ll kill ya.”
