An incredible addition to this season!
Cara Ammon recently made headlines for being one of the contestants of the 27th season of ‘The Bachelor’.
We had the amazing honor of talking with Cara about her first night at the mansion, traveling, and more!
Tell us about yourself! Describe yourself in 3 words.
C: “Hmm I’d have to go with loyal, funny and positive. I definitely like to see the positive in every situation and do my best to shift my outlook to mirror this. I’m a people person and love my friends and family – I’m very loyal to these relationships and would do just about anything for them at anytime. I’m also a very sarcastic person and have heard a few times that I’m funny lol.”
What are some of your hobbies?
C: “As you can potentially tell traveling is my absolute favorite thing to do. Living in New York is great because it’s so easy to book flights and have access to go just about anywhere. I’m also a huge foodie and I think living in the city has also influenced this. There are so many incredible restaurants to try and it’s hard not to be out to eat 24/7 lol. I also love running. Another favorite city activity for me is running on west side highway in just about any season.”
As we know you were on the 27th season of “The Bachelor”. How was your first night at the bachelor mansion?
C: “The first night at bachelor mansion was very interesting. Growing up I’ve definitely seen a few seasons here and there and it was cool to get to see the behind the scenes version of it all. Not going to lie, I was super nervous to meet all the girls and of course Zach but everyone there was awesome and very welcoming. It ended up being a very fun night.”
Was your experience like you imagined or did a lot of things surprise you from the first night?
C: “Not exactly what I imagined but everything happens for a reason! I’m really happy I got to experience it as it really pushed me out of my comfort zone and I walked away stronger from the experience. Not to mention, I met so many lovely ladies.”
Is there something exciting you can tell us that would make the viewers want to keep watching?
C: “From what I’ve heard it seems like they get to go to some very unique places! Definitely a few spots that I haven’t been so very keen to tune in and get to travel along. Zach and all of the girls are super genuine so it’ll be neat to see their love stories continue to unfold.”
We know that this journey is about love and finding your forever. If asked, would you do Bachelor in paradise?
C: “That is a great question. I’m still very much single lol and dating in New York is still tough so I’m still down to try just about anything! Maybe I’d luck out and find the Dylan to my Hannah on the beaches of Mexico, who knows. Meeting on the beach also sounds like potential for a cute meet??”
If yes to Bachelor in Paradise, is there someone you are hoping to see from the last season?
C: “Definitely a few fellas that caught my eye over the past few seasons. I’m definitely a personality girl and need someone to keep up with my sarcasm so I’d have to wait and see how we connect in person!”
We see that you love to travel! Where has been your favorite place to travel and where would be your dream vacation?
C: “You are not wrong, im a huge traveler. Favorite place would have to be Greece or Italy, nothing I love more than a euro summer trip and some pasta or feta. Dream destination would have to be Bali or South Africa.”
Anything new and exciting we can be expecting from you?
C: “Lots more trips coming up this year! Stay tuned ~.”
What is something you want to accomplish by the end of the year?
C: “I’d love to get promoted in my current role and perhaps find love??? Lol.”
