Brooklyn Riley Talks About Giving Back To The Community And Reveals Her Dream Modeling Gig

Is there anything she can’t do?

With nearly half a million likes on just TikTok alone, this isn’t the first time you’ve heard about Brooklyn Riley. From cheerleading to modeling she has excelled at everything she puts her mind to.

We had the amazing honor of speaking with Brooklyn about her All-Star career, her life motto, and more!

 You are definitely a fashionista! When did you first discover your love of fashion?

B: “I have always loved fashion. I started doing a bunch of photoshoots and pageants when I was 5. That’s when I discovered I really loved fashion and being in front of the cameras.”

Who would you credit as some of your biggest fashion inspirations?

B: “I would give my credit to Chanel. Their clothing is very elegant and classy. I especially loved their 90s runway shows. The models are of course so beautiful but the clothing is just perfect! Another designer I love is Sherry Hill. I watched one of their NYFW shows and it was so well put together and just beautiful all together. The dresses are so breathtaking and it was definitely one of my favorite shows I have ever watched!”

You were an All-Star Cheerleader! What is that like?

B: “I was an all star cheerleader for 10 years and it has been a big part of my life. Unfortunately this season I got injured and wasn’t able to finish out this season. I miss it like no other and I would do anything to be back! I still wish my teammates the best of luck and I’m still their biggest supporter.”

Do you plan on doing more runways in the future? What would be your dream runway to walk?

B: “I absolutely plan on doing more runway shows in the future. I really enjoy it and it has been something I had been wanting to do since I was a little. My dream runway to walk would definitely be the VS angels! I have always dreamed of it and I really hope one day I can turn my dream into reality.”

What is something you have learned from your experiences so far and will take with you throughout your career?

B: “Always be yourself! I have learned it’s better to be you than to try and cover up who you truly are. I have a really outgoing personality and I think that’s why I am where I am today. Also never give up on what you want. I always dreamt of doing runway shows and now I have been in multiple amazing shows. Even if you don’t succeed the first time, if you really want it, don’t be afraid to try again and again till you are happy with your outcome.”

You help contribute to multiple different foundations, what made you pick the ones you did?

B: “I love giving back to the community and people in need. Most of us don’t realize how blessed we truly are so that’s why it has always been a big passion of mine and I will continue to give back to the ones who need it most!”

If you could describe your life motto in three words, what would it be?

B: “Live. Laugh. Love.”
