Peyton Aldrige Talks About His Single ‘One More Night With You’ And Teases Upcoming EP

If you are looking for a country artist to add to your playlist, Peyton Aldrige is one of the best! Today, he released a new single titled ‘One More Night With You’. And spoiler alert: it’s a bop!

We had the amazing honor of talking with Peyton about performing life, his daughter potentially becoming a music artist, and more!

When did you first realize that you wanted to pursue a career in music? 

P: “When I was beating on my mama’s belly to let me out! Haha.”

Tell us more about your amazing new single ‘One More Night With You’.

P: “I wrote this song with Will Rambeaux, Sherrie Austin and Bubba (George) Cole. We started with the hook idea that no matter what’s going on in this world, I’d give it all for you (my wife). She’s the strong core of our family and everything I do is for her and our kiddos.”

If you had to choose, what is your favorite song that you have released so far and why? 

P: “Summertime on Rewind – it’s just a chill, groovy song.”

I recently took a trip to Cleveland/Greenville (It was incredible!). What do you love about that area?

P: “Cleveland is awesome. My hometown, the people, the hospitality and the deep roots of music are what I love about it.”

What do you enjoy the most about performing live? 

P: “Seeing people smile and having a good time is hands down the most enjoyable part.”

Do you think your daughter is going to follow in your footsteps and be a singer too? 

P: “I think it would be awesome. But, at the same time, I don’t know if daddy can see his daughter go through the ups and downs of this musical world, haha.”

We hear that you are planning on releasing an EP next year! Can you tease what fans can expect from it? 

P: “What you can expect is all the sides of Peyton Aldridge that you may not have even known I could bring out through my music. You have a little Skynyrd, a little Marc Broussard, and of course, the sweet country side.”
