EVENT SPOTLIGHT: The 2023 Fancy Fashion Frenzy Fashion Show Was Absolutely Incredible!

An event we always look forward to!

The 2023 Fancy Fashion Frenzy took place in Orlando, Florida on August 19, 2023. And it was definitely one of the most star-studded events of the year!

Talented music artist and granddaughter of Aretha Franklin, Grace Franklin, serenaded the audience with a live performance. Star of the hit series ‘Bring It’ Sunjai Williams was the official host of the event. Even teen supermodel Celai West was in attendance! Here is a detailed rundown of the entire event:

The Fancy Fashion Frenzy presented by Fancy By Francesca Watson Returned to the beautiful Omni Resort at Championsgate for the 3rd Annual Fashion event. The event was hosted by Lifetime Network’s Bringit! Star Sunjai Williams and featured live performances by Grace Franklin- the granddaughter to legendary queen of soul Aretha Franklin. It also featured a runway appearance by teenage supermodel Celai West and a dance performance local dance crew the Divaz of Pynk Sapphyre.

Runway showcases included collections by Fancy By Francesca Watson, Anna Landanyi –Kitty Bear Hugs, Matthew T. Mucha Designs and My Little Matilda- Savina Rey. Reality Television star Selena Johnson (Bringit!) was also in attendance. Lets get into the details of this event!

Sunjai Wore Fancy By Francesca Watson’s White sequin gown (wildside) with cut out detail, a high neck,
split and floor length sleeves. The flawless star completed her look with gorgeous lace up heels and a pin
up hairstyle. Sunjai was fun, energetic and even showcased her amazing runway walk. Selena Johnson wore a beautiful orange silk skirt with a longsleeve hot pink top. The Beautiful star completed her look with clear heels.

Grace Franklin wore a gorgeous baby pink gown with bling details designed by Fancy By Francesca
Watson. The gown was a light pink floor length design with a cutout accent surrounded by bling. The
look was paired with a custom matching FBFW sheer blush cape to add the drama. Grace looked
beautiful and performed Jazmine Sullivan’s “Let it Burn” and Michael Jackson’s ‘Rock with You’. The singer
wowed the crowed with her amazing vocals. I am certain her Grandmother, the legendary Aretha
Franklin would be so proud!

Teenage supermodel Celai West wore two Fancy By Francesca Watson Looks, Her red carpet look was a
beaded coral and gold gown and on the runway she wore a white FBFW jacket with a white short rhinestone dress. She looked stunning and of course was amazing on the runway. The crowd loved when
she removed her jacket and strutted down the runway like a pro. Celai continues to inspire young
women around the world by empowering young women, her amazing runway skills and heels as high as
her confidence. Celai also trained the runway models on their walks for The Fancy Fashion Frenzy 2023.
The Redcarpet was hosted by Danni Adams Body Image coach, Model and activist who wore a stunning
fuschia colored gown.

The Fancy By Francesca Watson collection was mostly pink and white, with a few pops of color. She
showcased everything from pink gowns, to two piece looks, to mermaid gowns. Her collection was fun
and fashionable.

Matthew T. Mucha Designs returned to showcase for a 3rd year in a row. The Little Big shots star is
constantly improving his skills. At just 11 years old he showcased a beautiful womenswear collection. His
collection was very diverse and consisted of gowns, two piece looks and bright and fun pieces. My Little Matilda (By Savina Rey) ‘s Collection included gowns to make every little girl feel like a princess.
The collection included long and short styles with tons of sparkle and bright colors. Anna Landanyi (Kitty Bear Hugs) collection showcased a variety of handmade pieces ranging from casual two piece looks to gorgeous little girls dresses. Every item was unique and made all of the little girls look like porcelain dolls.
