‘The Voice’ Singer Hailey Mia On The Finale, Kelly Clarkson, And Her Rising Fanbase

This young singer is headed straight to stardom!

Hailey Mia, one of the youngest contestants on the last season of The Voice, completely stole the show on Kelly Clarkson’s team. Making it all the way to the finale, Haley brought the house down with hits of everyone from Olivia Rodrigo to Lewis Capaldi.

We had the absolute honor of talking to Hailey on her music future, favorite artist, and more!

Q: When did you first realize you wanted to choose music as your career?

H: “I have been singing since I was about 3. Music has always been something I have been passionate about. I never really played with dolls or watched TV. I’d listen to my little ipod I had all day.”

Q: What was your amazing experience on “The Voice” like?

H: “My experience on The Voice was incredible. To have made it to the finale was a dream and to be surrounded with such amazing and talented individuals was truly an honor and for that I am forever grateful.“

Q: Do you have a favorite performance from the show?

H: “Each performance was unique in its own way. So much work and dedication went to each of them and they were each so different. I would have to say Elastic Heart had a bit of a special moment for me.”

Q: Did you expect to have such an amazing fanbase after the show?

H: “I never imagined having such an amazing fanbase. My Hailo’s are the most supportive and encouraging group of people and it’s an honor having them.“

Q: If you could collab on a song with any artist, who would it be and why?

H: “If I could collab with an artist I would say it would be Kelly Clarkson. I’ve already had the opportunity to sing alongside her and she is an amazing vocalist. Having our own song would be a dream.”

Q: Quick: What is your favorite Kelly Clarkson song?

H: “Already Gone.” 

Q: Besides singing, what are some of your favorite things to do?

H: “Sing some more. Lol. I mean I enjoy skateboarding and exploring new places with my family but my main pastime is listening to music and singing.”

Q: Can we expect more music from you in the future?

H: “More music is ultimately the goal. I wanted to get home and spend time with my family since this was the first time we were apart for so long but now it’s a new year so I’m ready.“

Q: What are your biggest goals for your career?

H: “My biggest goals for my career are to be able to speak to people through my music.”
