This amazing actress is completely owning the industry! If you have seen her star in the latest tv shows, including Netflix’s “Atypical” and Paramount Plus’s “Why Women Kill”, then you know her as playing Mama Cass in Quentin Tarantino’s iconic movie “Once Upon A Time … In Hollywood”.
We had the absolute honor of interviewing Rachel on all things acting goals, favorite moments so far, and her favorite place to go:
Q: When did you realize that you wanted to start your acting career?
R: “When I was 4 years old! I saw a show at a theater in the round and I called it “the play place theater” because you could run around the stage at intermission. I auditioned for the Wizard Of Oz there, got in, and never stopped!“
Q: Tell us about your experience of the new Paramount Plus series “Why Women Kill”.
R: “I absolutely loved this production! I got to work with some incredible people under the brilliant mind of Marc Cherry and I got to wear 20s garb, which was awesome!“
Q: What has been your favorite role to play and why?
R: “Mama Cass because I relate to her a lot and loved getting to play a real person that I could research and try to do justice.“
Q: What is your favorite thing to do when not on screen?
R: “Go to Disneyland! Or any theme park for that matter! I love rides and magical shows!“
Q: If you could star in a movie with any other actress, who would it be and why?
R: “I would love to play a young Bette Midler one day and it would be so cool to work along side her!“
Q: What has been your favorite moment in your career so far?
R: “I mean, there was nothing like working closely with Quentin Tarantino and Margot Robbie! I feel so lucky to have been part of such a legendary movie and to have worked with the best of the best! Watching the movie Quentin’s private home theater wasn’t bad either;)“
Q: What are your biggest goals for your acting career?
R: “I would love to be in a musical movie or tv show and someday, BROADWAY!“
Q: Where can we follow your amazing journey?
